Mr. Bonn is an imp who seems to get along with Max. He is the one who tells Max of Yuga. Mr. Bonn first appears in The Fiend and the Forge.

He serves Prusias. At the end of the book, it is hard to tell whether Mr. Bonn is actually fond of Max, or if he is just treating him well because Prusias has ordered him to. Max himself is grateful for Mr. Bonn because he aided him in their escape, and wonders if Bonn is still alive or executed by Prusias.
Mr. Bonn is finally granted koukerros by Prusias during the signing of the Red Winter Treaty, and flies off in joy.
